“We had some wind damage to our house that blew some of the siding off on one side. This was my first time having to deal with this issue as this is my first home. I had no idea how the process of getting my home repaired worked. I knew I had to make an insurance claim and originally my insurance company was only going to cover the cost to repair it and they originally did not send anyone out to actually look at the house. Spoke with Jose at Nebraska Exteriors Inc. and he was very quick to come take a look and walk me through how the whole process works. He was very honest and told me that I can request an insurance adjuster to come out and physically look at the house and that I want them to take a sample of the original siding to find out what kind of material it is and if it is still being manufactured. So I called my insurance company back and did just that. It turned out that the original siding was indeed no longer manufactured and there was nothing comparable that could be used in its place. So my insurance company paid to replace all of the siding on the entire house! Then, after we got the new estimate, Jose quickly found some things the insurance company did not include that should have been included. So my insurance company sent me another revised estimate. Once the insurance stuff was done, Jose explained the differences between the different types of siding and helped me pick the best one that would fit my house and look good. Once the siding was ordered and delivered the next day a crew of 3-4 guys showed up and immediately got to work. Originally Jose told me it would take 7 days to complete. They got the entire house re-sided in less than 5 days and it looks Amazing! From the moment I met Jose he put my mind at ease, told me the truth, helped me handle my insurance company and always answered my calls or quickly call me back whenever I had questions or concerns. “I got to work with Mr. Craig Hill to have my roof and gutters replaced after a tornado tore through town. His company did a good job on the installation of both the new roof and gutters. While the quality of the work was high, I think that it was the level of service and communication that really makes them worth recommending. Craig kept me constantly updated and replied to texts or calls promptly. I really felt like he went the extra mile. I even passed one of Craig’s business cards to my boss when he asked me if I knew any roofers… Update: I was deployed when we got snow dumped on us this year. This led to some ice damning up on the roof that was causing it to leak into the house. My wife called Mr. Hill up again after a year and he showed up the next morning to knock off the ice damns. It was fantastic and I appreciate it.”

“I had a very positive experience. My roof was installed the summer of 2017. I fully expected to have ice dams this year as I have had them before when we get snow like we did this winter (2018/2019), but I didn't have any water issues. I took away 1 star because a shingle is popping up and the gutter covers are glued in. I risk damaging the roof if I need to remove the covers (they're supposed to be clipped in the front then slid under the shingle line, not glued in). This will cause problems if I need to either replace the covers or gutters before the next roof.”
