When our movers came they said it would be best to get a 10x20 storage unit. I immediately called Extra Space Storage and they were able to switch us to a 10x20 unit right away. We would be arriving in 3 days, so what a relief they were able to accommodate us. When we arrived it was super clean throughout. We moved out of it 2 months later and they immediately prorated the account and said "Don't worry about clean sweeping, just go have a nice life!" Outstanding service and understanding knowledge of their business! Fully would recommend this location hands down!”

I was not an easy guest to assist, I had a lot of questions that I needed answered and she took her time to answer each one. She didn’t give me an attitude, she didn’t make me feel like a burden. This girl genuinely took HER time to help me out and I totally appreciate that. Honestly, the entire staff, as small as it may have been, was incredible. I don’t know who’s running this store, but I myself manage a business. I don’t take my time to leave reviews for just anyone, so whoever is managing… take time to let your people know they’re killing it. Retail is hard enough as it is, but even more difficult due to the pandemic. So pay respect where respect it due and let your workers know that they are appreciated. Before learning about Austin embroidery, I reached out to another local shop, and just got the runaround, so was very pleased with how easy the process was! We didn’t have a huge project so wasn’t sure what the priority would be, but they did a great job of fitting us in and getting our jackets done in time for our retreat!
