He even handled a mid-project change of plans without a hiccup and was completely up front about what our change might do to the price he had quoted. “I know there are some complaint reviews on here, but honestly Advantage Plumbing is the easiest, most fair, and reliable plumber I've ever used. I was kind of upset to see the reviews were from charging a pretty small fee to trouble shoot a leaky pipe to installing homeowner provided equipment. I've worked with Advantage Plumbing for 3 years on several remodeling projects and others I complete as a general contractor. Advantage Plumbing has by a long shot been the most consistently priced (I've gotten other estimates from other plumbers on flips and remodel projects), fair, and diligent in response. They actually do the work. They are a small family run company who cares. If you have an issues, just call and give them more than a day to respond to the issue. They've always backed up my work. And I was originally referred to AP by two other homeowners who loved them. Your experience with owner Mike and company might not be perfect, but they'll make it right and do there best to make it right out the gate. I'm kind of obsessed with how great these guys are to work with. Instead of saying, "I wish I could give 0 stars, but I have to give 1---to these guys I'd give 10 stars, but I can only give 5."”

“These guys were like a NASCAR pit crew. We called on a Monday night after discovering a leak in our basement. David penciled us in for Tuesday afternoon and arrived by 1130 Tuesday morning and was done before 1200! They had the part we needed, were very polite, even bringing in my Amazon packages for me. I found them by reading reviews - so I thought I would also post a review. The price was fair and I will absolutely be calling them again if needed. David even gave me some advice on fixing a toilet while he was at my home as well. Highly recommend.”
