“Nothing but impressed with Jake and his team at Plumbing Specialties! I requested a quote via the Angi website and within 5 minutes I had a text message from Jake asking questions about my issues. He requested a couple photos and 10 minutes later I had a quote and a plan for him to come the next morning. He showed up on time, had a new water heater ready and within a couple of hours the job was done and I was taking a long overdue hot shower. “Last week when the temperature hit 80 we went to turn on the AC on our heat pump. To find the in house temperature just kept raising in the house. Called Service One, the repairman was here well over an hour doing testing to get it running. He even called somebody for additional ideas. At this time both were on overtime. They did every test they could think of to get the heat pump running. They finally said that the condenser needed to be replaced. The repairman answered all of my questions about replacing the condenser vs installing a new heat pump. I decided to replace the heat pump since the heat pump was mfg 2008. The following Wednesday the heat pump was scheduled to be installed. The installers arrived on time went to work taking out the old heat pump to install the new heat pump. They worked diligently to install the new heat pump with no questions asked after I showed them where the thermostat, furnace and heat pump could be found. We are very happy with Service One.”

“BLT Plumbing did an amazing job. They were able to have a technician come out the next day I called. They sent Jeff and Jeremy to come replace a broken pipe. The pipe wasn’t in the most convenient spot but there were no complaints. They were both very professional. When they had to get more materials for the job they kindly let me know before leaving, they even said they didn’t need me at the house so I could carry on with my day. It only took them 2 hours and that’s with the driving time to get materials ( I live 20 min outside of Fremont). I was very impressed; with the efficiency and quality of their work, especially since I had another company come out for the same problem and it was a disaster. They took 6 hours for the same exact fix and charged twice the price. I am so glad I found BLT plumbing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.”

“IMPRESSED! I had a backup in my main drain line and apparently, the line had several "offsets" and the clog was beyond camera view due to one. Tyler and his partner worked blindly on my line for over 2.5 hours and were able to break down the clog and open my line to the street. This was the second time in 6 months this had happened to me. The first company I called out did not clear the line completely, causing this second backup. KUDOS to Tyler for his persistence and professionalism. Grunwald will be my first call from now on!!”
