From start to finish, the process was smooth and every plumber I interacted with was professional, friendly, and patient. When we bought our house, we knew it needed a new sewer line. After getting a sewer scope during the inspection, we discovered the old clay pipes were original and definitely needed to be replaced. I reached out to several plumbing companies to get estimates, but none would even review the video from our inspection since we hadn’t officially closed on the house yet. When I contacted Gordon Brothers Plumbing, Raymond took the time to watch the video, clearly explained that a new sewer line was needed, and provided a fair estimate quickly, which helped us plan and budget for the repair. The team scheduled the job just days after we closed. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and finished installing the new CIPP sewer line in only six hours, so we were able to use our plumbing the very same day. They coordinated with the city for inspection, removed the old concrete clean out, and installed a new PVC clean out with a secure cap. The worksite was left spotless, and even the brickwork was put back neatly. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, making the whole experience stress-free. “Last week when the temperature hit 80 we went to turn on the AC on our heat pump. To find the in house temperature just kept raising in the house. Called Service One, the repairman was here well over an hour doing testing to get it running. He even called somebody for additional ideas. At this time both were on overtime. They did every test they could think of to get the heat pump running. They finally said that the condenser needed to be replaced. The repairman answered all of my questions about replacing the condenser vs installing a new heat pump. I decided to replace the heat pump since the heat pump was mfg 2008. The following Wednesday the heat pump was scheduled to be installed. The installers arrived on time went to work taking out the old heat pump to install the new heat pump. They worked diligently to install the new heat pump with no questions asked after I showed them where the thermostat, furnace and heat pump could be found. We are very happy with Service One.”

“BLT Plumbing did an amazing job. They were able to have a technician come out the next day I called. They sent Jeff and Jeremy to come replace a broken pipe. The pipe wasn’t in the most convenient spot but there were no complaints. They were both very professional. When they had to get more materials for the job they kindly let me know before leaving, they even said they didn’t need me at the house so I could carry on with my day. It only took them 2 hours and that’s with the driving time to get materials ( I live 20 min outside of Fremont). I was very impressed; with the efficiency and quality of their work, especially since I had another company come out for the same problem and it was a disaster. They took 6 hours for the same exact fix and charged twice the price. I am so glad I found BLT plumbing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.”

“IMPRESSED! I had a backup in my main drain line and apparently, the line had several "offsets" and the clog was beyond camera view due to one. Tyler and his partner worked blindly on my line for over 2.5 hours and were able to break down the clog and open my line to the street. This was the second time in 6 months this had happened to me.
