“Chris is Fabulous! i hired him to come fix a desk that another handyman attempted to put together but ended up doing it completely wrong. Things were even backwards and screws in the wrong places and even screws were used that didn't even belong to the desk. Chris came over and spent three hours working on taking this man's mess apart and was just amazing. He even filled in the holes in the wood and covered a scratch the the other man caused. Then he put together my very large u-shaped desk with the hutch. Well it looks fabulous. I'm glad I found him. He is amazing and very meticulous. Now he will be coming over to mount my new microwave and I will consider him for all new jobs.”

After ordering our items, there turned out to be an issue with the faucet on the manufacturer side of things and were unable to get the item we wanted. When I called the store, I spoke with Kim, who not only tracked down similar items but sent photos and information to me so that I could make a decision on a replacement without having to drive across town to look in person. “At this point we have not received the item we purchased so we’re giving 4 stars only for service at the store. Becki was perfect as she answered all my questions and followed up the next day. The following day we decided for sure it was the right item for us. She got all the paperwork ready for us and two other people took care of us for Becki. When we arrived EVERYTHING was ready! All we have left is to have it delivered. I’m counting on a great set up and delivery! Two years later… I went back to Lincoln mattress and furniture because I really loved my I comfort Serta bed and I needed a larger bed so I went back to see what they had available. Amy greeted me very shortly after I came into the store and I told her what I was looking for and she took me straight back to the bed. I had my paperwork from the previous purchase and she went over it with me and the available beds that closely resembled the bed I had purchased before… I found the bed that felt almost exactly like my bed feels she got me set up with the purchase, I purchased it, she said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 weeks and that someone would be calling me a few days before they would bring the bed over and set it up. On my way home from Lincoln mattress and furniture Amy called me and said that the store had my mattress and adjustable frame in stock and that she could have it delivered as soon as I would like. So at this point we are set up for delivery for Friday this is Tuesday! I am very very pleased with the quality our furniture and the service”
