“Dined in with some friends from out of town who hadn't yet experienced a Runza. They said it was good, but everybody knows the burgers are far superior. It was a pleasant experience but they forgot one of our items. It did make for some comedy - we were just commenting how novel it is they still mumble your order through the mic. When the gal asked the back why they didn't have that item ready, the reply was "you didn't say it on the mic". "Well, it was on the ticket wasn't it?" LOL. I'm sure this was just a fluke. I liked the history of Runza photos on the walls.”

“I wish I could remember the names of the 3 sweet women who were working when I visited here last week. Halfway thru a 17 hour road trip, I started to feel ill and didn't know if I could finish my trip. GPS said this was one of the closest in the area so I stopped in, not knowing what to expect. They were all so incredibly patient and compassionate to my situation. While I was being seen by the nurse practitioner, another nurse brought some water to my dog who was waiting in the car. I am so thankful to them for the care and service they provided. I don't know if I could have finished my road trip if I had not stopped. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!”
