Runza Restaurant

Dined in with some friends from out of town who hadn't yet experienced a Runza. They said it was good, but everybody knows the burgers are far superior. It was a pleasant experience but they forgot one of our items. It did make for some comedy - we were just commenting how novel it is they still mumble your order through the mic. When the gal asked the back why they didn't have that item ready, the reply was "you didn't say it on the mic". "Well, it was on the ticket wasn't it?" LOL. I'm sure this was just a fluke. I liked the history of Runza photos on the walls.

Fries were good and crispy, good amount of salt. Large selection of drinks with good fresh brewed iced tea. Burger wasn't anything special but did have just the right amount of ketchup and more mustard then most but I like extra

I just want to give a big thanks to the staff that works there. They were very helpful today. I had a rewards for my birthday but the online app crashed. However they took my word and honored the discount. Technology is great when it works right but good natured people that understand and know how to fix minor problems are even better… thanks!
