“Phenomenal service and great rooms. We stayed here for 10 days while waiting on our home to close and from the moment we called the make a reservation, we were impressed with the customer service. Shelby was so kind in assisting us in the reservation for our family (2 adults, a toddler who needed a crib, a dog and a cat!). From here, Miranda checked us in and we saw her frequently on the night shift. She was always extremely friendly, informative, and helpful! These ladies deserve a medal for outstanding service! And lastly, Thomas! He was so helpful in pushing our reservation for us a couple nights when we got delayed in leaving our original destination. We saw him each morning and he was always just so friendly and keeping busy with stocking, cleaning, etc... but still took a moment to wish you a good day with a great big smile! This was THE best hotel stay I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve had a lot traveling every 2 weeks for work for well over a year)! I would recommend this hotel and this staff to anyone looking in the area (my mother is coming to Bellevue for a short work contract and already reserved a room here too!). Thank you to the staff here! I didn’t catch the names of some of housekeeping but those ladies were also just as kind and attentive to requests or needs. All around, this is a wonderfully great hotel stay and experience!”

“About to check out in a few hours. Spent the weekend here due to weather. A tad pricey ($124 a night with taxes and fees) but it was the weekend so no big deal. No problems at all would stay here again. Can't beat the breakfast as far as hotels go. If anything seating is limited. This is the 3rd Holiday Inn Express for me this year. So far not a bad one in the bunch. One in st Louis by airport was a little better. This one better breakfast. I will say the 1 star reviews sounds like sour grapes. Encountered none of the problems they claim.......this is a two year update. Still a good hotel, the pandemic has caused some unpleasant changes. No breakfast and house keeping is no as it was. And someone built an apartment complex right in front of it. But still a good place to stay. Sure it will be back up to snuff after things settle”
