Terry returned after the stop box access was repaired to complete workr. All was completed as I wanted and all service techs and other crews were congenial, informative and good about explaining. “Quick and easy! Our hot water heater went out over the Labor Day weekend. After 3 days of cold showers we were anxious to get the tank replaced asap. I called Tuesday morning at 8:00. The Aksarben representative was here by 10:30, and my new hot water tank was completely installed by 2:30. All representatives of the company were pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable of the product.
