“Since I was in the area I decided to come to Ross today just to browse around and see if anything caught my interest. I like coming here because I can always find some decent discounted items. They have a little bit of everything here. It’s kind of like a giant garage sale almost but all the products aren’t you. They’re just the products that the bigger namebrand stores got rid of for whatever reasons. I like to browse around for kitchen items, furniture, candles, bathroom accessories, and anything else that catches my eye. The store is really never crowded. Today the shelves seemed a little thin and there wasn’t much to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful and greeted me as I was entering and leaving the store. The facility was clean for the most part but it was cluttered upfront a little bit by the registers. However there is plenty a room to walk up and down the isles without having to navigate around product. If you’re in the area give it a shot if you’re looking to save a dollar or two.”

“I called this Target by phone regarding an inventory question. They handled it with the utmost courtesy and friendliness. They reserved the item I desired, took my name and number and most importantly ACTUALLY CALLED letting me know when I could come to the store to pick it up. They were so amazing, and I appreciate their hard work and follow-through. Rarely am I impressed by service but this was the best Target experience I've ever had, and I've shopped at Target a lot. “AMAZING customer service. This is where I get all of my scripts refilled and that will definitely continue. I was on an experimental trial of pills while pregnant, and with my insurance, the only way they would cover them is if I got a smaller amount and got more every 3 days. I explained the situation to the pharmacist Tyler and why I needed the pills and he was so great. He instantly refilled them for me every 3 days, and made sure they stayed super stocked on the pills since I had to take so many a day and needed lots. (I was taking a total of 8 pills a day) After I had the baby, I went through the drive through to pick up some other meds and they not only knew who I was, but were overjoyed that I had my baby and were so excited to see a picture of her. The pharmacist instantly rushed over to see the picture I was holding up as well. Over all, everyone who works in this pharmacy are just so caring towards their customers and they are amazing.”
