“This is a real Bed n breakfast that has all the feel of a hotel room only in a home/ antique store. Rooms are kept clean and neat, breakfast is great and the antique gift store is awesome! Definitely a comfy place to crash during a trip. Location is 20 minutes from capital and great restaurants even walking distance.”

“Hotel management and staff was very courteous and helpful. My husband has knee issues and they made all sort of accommodations for him. We felt appreciated and valued. The room was clean the bathroom was clean. We had wifi, directv, microwave, refrigerator and a usb charging port. (good thing, I didn't have a wall charger). This is our second trip here and we will return.”

“Clean and cozy! Great location for having easy access to walk the beautiful streets of downtown Seward, Ne. Its located right on one of the main streets. Seward is a great location to stay if you want to move around the area. Especially to drive into Lincoln. Great room for the price and Dale's is one of the few Motels inside Seward County. I plan to stay here anytime I'm in town.”

“Not a bad place to stay and relax or temporarily base camp, with you go out and explore Lincoln, for about two or three days. We recommend it. It's Family safe. There is fresh water and RV dump station. The sites only provide (3)50 & (9) 30 amp electric hook-ups. Plenty of room for pets to roam.”

“Great looking hotel with friendly staff that's not quite as polished as it was last year. Fortunately the staff is still very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are well laid out and everything worked. There are a few areas that weren't cleaned very well otherwise it would be a perfect place to stay in this area. The breakfast is a good mixture of meat and eggs and other breakfast pastries. The area was kept well stocked and cleaned. They continue to offer Seattle's Best coffee and teavana tea. Both good choices when you want a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Unfortunately they are still struggling with getting their pool open but this was not a problem for us because we did not intend to use it this trip. There's no elevator here so if you can't go upstairs make sure you request a first floor room. All in all this is a great place to stay if you're visiting the Seward area”

“I was taking my son to camp and was looking online for a decent place to stay for a good value. We came across the East Hill Inn which had good reviews and was good priced. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was made to to order and very tasty! They also had other breakfast items available such as fruit, yogurt, powdered donuts, and so on. The coffee was great. I’d fully recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again if I were in the area.”
