“I wanted to give this AT&T 5-star review. Michael Hunter the manager on duty provided exceptional customer service. He's awesome! After a few days of dialing 611 and getting nowhere, I decide to go into the store. We were having trouble retrieving some information on my son's account. The email was set up incorrectly and we could not get the new pin. I was super frustrated with 611!!! However, Mike to the time to listen to all of our concerns, and rather than rushing us out of the store. Mike helped us with the call to customer service, He stayed on the line with us and helped correct everything. He also went into detail on how we can lower our bill, He gave us a few different options. He was beyond helpful, AT&T is lucky to have him. Makes being a customer with AT&T easy and simple! “No busier than any other post office Ive been to, here or my original hometown in Southern California. Having just purchased a new home I had to come here to get my mailbox key. Staff was friendly and accommodating, a quick look at my ID and deed to the house and the lady assisting me found my key in literally 90 seconds, packaged nicely with the house information printed on it. Having read the prior reviews before coming here, I spent my modest time in line watching and listening to the 3 employees and supervisor assisting customers to see how customer service was. I was here around 5pm, nearly closing time. Everyone was efficient and friendly with their customers and appeared to genuinely help everyone completely. I cant speak to anyone elses experiences but my time there the place ran great.”
