I love the convenience of picking up my food at the location, and they go through everything to make sure there are no mistakes. The periodic measurements are also great to see how much I’m losing in inches (over 9 inches so far). I haven’t increased my exercise much, but by following the healthy and portion controlled food selections (which are delicious), I’m losing weight, never hungry and feel so much better.
