“Southwest Medical Urgent Care specifically the Montecito location has become my favorite place to go for last minute medical care needs. Before writing this review I wanted to go there on different days and at different times to see if what I experienced the first time was a hoax. It wasn’t!! What I love most about them is how efficient they are in dealing with patients. I have never waited long for anything .I am usually taken to the back for vitals check rather quickly and given a room. Within minutes I am seen by a PA or a NP and evaluated for my medical needs. Although not official “MD’s” these people are more than capable and competent to deal with patients. The staff is very nice, the facilities are clean and there is always plenty of parking close to the entrance. Now I know what you might be thinking, this guy must be paid to write this review or he works there. I would think the same thing after reading what I wrote. Trust me I Am NOT!! This place is really that awesome.”

“We had a wonderful experience as I took my twin four year olds here for their first ever teeth cleaning. The hygienist was so great with them, patient, and took time to explain everything to them, as was Dr. Thompson. The office is clean and kid friendly. They have cute sunglasses for the kids to keep and wear while they watch Disney+ during their cleaning. Major win with my kids! We will definitely be back!”

“Dr. Nevins is a God sent!!! From the very moment I walked into that building, I felt I was going to be helped. When I met Dr. Nevins, I immediately felt his good vibes. His most welcoming entrance gave me confidence in his professional skill as a Doctor. He was thorough in reviewing my medical records, compassionate of my condition, and understood my extreme pain. His pleasant humor gave jolly to my state of fear of my condition. He said, if I recall correctly, “you have a bad light.” But most important, he asked me, “do you want it fixed.” I replied overjoyed, “yes, I want it fixed.” No time to waste—paper work processed from his office to my Primary Doctor immediately. My Primary Doctor not knowing Dr. Nevins was elated to know that he was ready to help me. She even expedited the approval for surgery right after my appointment with her. Now, I just pray that Dr. Nevins can schedule me in for surgery as soon as possible. Thank you Jesus for being merciful and putting Dr. Nevins in my path, I look forward to an excellent recovery so that I can continue to serve the Lord. Amen.”
