“The pharmacy is a joke. You cant understand the staff in person or on the phone. Constantly having issues with them saying insurance dose not cover the med or the doctor didnt write the script right. They also will charge your insurance for scripts that you dont even pick up or ask for even after telling them to stop filling them multiple times. Also they love to call on sunday mornings randomly to see if you need anything. Edit the pharmicist JC did straighten out this last script when he did not have to. Thank you jc is doing everythything he can they have been getting new techs that are better. I have a very complicated medical history and he has been nothing but helpfull and he goes out of his way to help.”

“This office is located in Southwest Medical on the first floor. Office is open at 7am. Convenient location with lots of parking. Neat and clean interior. Vending machine are available as well as water dispenser. Seating is according to Covid protocol. Masks required. Sign in on monitor at the reception desk. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Wait was minimal. Leslie the technician was excellent, very friendly and competent. She did the whole blood work process efficiently and with care. Hopefully she will be available for my next appointment.”

“Southwest Medical Urgent Care specifically the Montecito location has become my favorite place to go for last minute medical care needs. Before writing this review I wanted to go there on different days and at different times to see if what I experienced the first time was a hoax. It wasn’t!! What I love most about them is how efficient they are in dealing with patients. I have never waited long for anything .I am usually taken to the back for vitals check rather quickly and given a room. Within minutes I am seen by a PA or a NP and evaluated for my medical needs. Although not official “MD’s” these people are more than capable and competent to deal with patients. The staff is very nice, the facilities are clean and there is always plenty of parking close to the entrance. Now I know what you might be thinking, this guy must be paid to write this review or he works there. I would think the same thing after reading what I wrote. Trust me I Am NOT!! This place is really that awesome.”

“My whole family and I got eye examines and glasses here. The staff was patient and very helpful. I had issues with my glasses. It wasn't the doctor or the staff's fault. Though I had to visit a few more times for the lens manufacturer to get it right, the doctor approved a frame change so that my glasses sat on my face the right way (progressive lenses are tricky). No charge. I was so grateful that they worked with me to resolve these issues. I highly recommend Eyecare Services.”

“The technician was kind enough to allow my nephew and I to be seen after waiting 2 hrs and being the last patients as walk-ins for lab work when we did not have an appointment and he ended up staying overtime just to help us which was kind of him and we sincerely appreciated it. My nephew said he was good because he was quick and painless since the poke didn’t hurt and the technician was quick at getting the blood drawn. He was a gentlemen after a long hard day at work so we really appreciated him for considering us even though he didn’t have to. So 5 stars for him and his kind heart and care factor!
