“Very interesting place with wonderful cuisine, desk attendants on the hotel section need more training on customer service relationships. Manner of approach and good smiles is an unbeatable sales mechanism. I had a beautiful 5 hrs experience, good restaurants menu that is cost effective, fast and totally enjoyable. A visit to this wonderful place will leave you craving for more. It sits in the middle of great sights in the heat of Las Vegas an ample parking area that is within the close proximity of the rooms. The kitchen is a little of on the other side of the hotel with casinos and other interesting features. It's a twenty four hours nonstop service with a good workforce. I have always thought Las Vegas to be an expensive trip, but a stop at the Ellis island 🏝 erased that mentality. I didn't play in the casino though so I might not say about that, but the hotel and food will leave an incredible taste in your mouth. There should be a refund of the money paid as a security deposit and after few about a week I haven't yet received my refund I do plan to speak to the customer service if it exceeds a known time”

“I enjoyed that place. Not really big and luxury as hotels on Strip, but I liked home-family atmosphere. They have own micro brewery, beer is really good and cheap - 2 bucks for a pint. Casino smaller, restaurants good. 10 mins of walk from centre of Strip.”

“Clean. Pleasant staff. Remodeled in the rooms. No bed bugs. Cost effective. We searched for a room that had a table and chairs to sit around; the booking pictures were deceiving and disappointing. We thought we got a good sized room for 4 adults; but no. The two chairs were between the bed, and where you put your feet down and the heater; barely room to get out of bed and walk between the chair and bed. The table in the picture shows a counter height table. This one is maybe 18" in diameter and knee high. So don't trust the pictures when you book. Staff wouldn't let us go into the breakfast area after 9am. There were two small drawers under the microwave and one in the night stand; so you have to live out of suitcases. A washer and dryer on site near the pool was nice ($1.50 & $1.00-30 min and 45 min wash and dry). Right next to the airport has it's obvious pro and cons. Would be good for two younger couples. Taking Koval St behind the casinos to the parking garages is nice (free parking at Planet Hollywood, but check to make sure it's still true when you book).”

“Absolutely loved this place We stayed here for a week, traded a week for a timeshare. The staff was very nice, room was nice and very comfortable. Has almost everything you need in the apartment. A few things we needed but weren't there. But nothing to complain about. Again every single staff that we talked to thru our whole week stay, was very nice. But maybe add a step to the bathtub. I'm 5 10', so I'm not short and I had a hard time stepping over the tub. They only thing I would suggest, would be to advise people of the shuttle that they offer. My spouse asked about the easiest way to get to one of the hotels and they told us how to walk there. But did not mention anything about the shuttle. But still, would definitely stay here again.”
