“Nevada State Bank branches are a pleasure to deal with. Tellers are consistently pleasant and efficient. Nevada Bank tellers get directly to the business at hand. The queue if any at all moves quickly. Another banking company does not do as well as Nevada State Bank. The other bank has intrusive questions like, “how is your day going so far?” “What are your plans for the rest of the day?” The other bank has employees filling useless roles asking, “what brings you to (name of other bank) today?” This while only one or two tellers slow the queue down. NOTE TO OTHER BANK: STOP WITH THE INTRUSIVE QUESTIONS. PUT THE FLOOR WALKERS IN THE TELLER CAGE WHERE THEY CAN HELP CUSTOMERS. Bottom Line: ‘tis a real pleasure to deal with Nevada State Bank and Nevada State Bank tellers. Please continue the good work.”
