Called Wednesday afternoon, spoke to Ryan, and were able to stop in Thursday morning for a test drive so he could diagnose if it was something needing fixed immediately or if we could make it to our destination before getting work done. He was honest, intelligent, and easy to talk to. Turns out we can keep moving without an immediate fix, but we decided we're stopping back through on our way home to get it fixed at this shop. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic at home, let alone on the road. But these guys at this shop seem legit.”

“Luis and Ricky at Team Ford Lincoln did right by me during the purchase of an Explorer. While leaving the lot we noticed a small dent/chip on the passenger door. They gave me a loaner vehicle and had it fixed within a couple days no problem. That was nice to see them taking care of it quickly and hassle free. The process was smooth and we got a great number for our Escape we traded in. Only took one “no” to get the better number 😂 The Memorial Day Sale was great and we got a much better vehicle overall than what we originally went in looking for. Financing was easy and the process was smooth. My daughter enjoyed the chocolate milk and chips from the little cafe they have inside which is a good idea with kids. They told me exactly how they were going to fix my dents and blend my pearl white paint in to make it all uniform so everything matches.
