“Luis and Ricky at Team Ford Lincoln did right by me during the purchase of an Explorer. While leaving the lot we noticed a small dent/chip on the passenger door. They gave me a loaner vehicle and had it fixed within a couple days no problem. That was nice to see them taking care of it quickly and hassle free. The process was smooth and we got a great number for our Escape we traded in. Only took one “no” to get the better number 😂 The Memorial Day Sale was great and we got a much better vehicle overall than what we originally went in looking for.
