For example, today during my appointment as we were trying to select my new frames, I noticed Jasmine’s glasses (the awesome employee helping me). I thought they were so pretty and after realizing they didn’t have them in stock for me to try on, she literally took her glasses off, popped the lenses out, sanitized them and handed them to me to try on! “I came in to see about an ear problem and was given excellent care by the female Doctor that saw me. I'm sorry her name escapes me. She couldn't really find anything wrong with my ear but says it could be a blocked eustachian tube and told me what protocol to follow. I also mentioned my dyshidrotic eczema on my hand. She gave me some prescriptions for topical steroid and some nasal spray for my ear. A patient in the next room almost died and had to be taken by Ambulance. I really respect her for the way she handled herself and I admire her for her knowledge. She made me feel like I was important and answered all my questions. Thank you!
