Gracie University Las Vegas - Certified Training Center

I’ve Been to many different jiujitsu gyms, and none like Gracie university here in Las Vegas. I’ve Been training here since April 2022, and I have to say, this is the place to learn self defense through the combative class. Instructor Jimmy is highly knowledgeable on the art from his 30 years of experience with the Gracie family.

The advance class is taught with more technical jiujitsu moves, and opens up the art even more. Jimmy does a fantastic job in teaching this class for all who want to take their jiujitsu to the next level.

This is a place good for the family, learning self defense from kids to adults. Controlled environment which makes it fun and safe. I highly recommend this jiujitsu academy to EVERYONE!

I’ve been coming to GU for a year and a half and I’ve learned so much under Jimmy. Everyone there is like family and we help each other to get the most out of each lesson. I highly recommend anyone interested in Jiu-Jitsu to try this place out and experience the genius of Jimmy.

This has been a life changing experience for me. I came in to learn self-defense techniques, but here I have found a brotherhood, mentors, and home away from home. Jimmy's lessons are crystal clear, well explained, and evenly paced. I never feel overwhelmed or like I am missing something. I've been to other BJJ schools before and the atmosphere here is positive, constructive, and fun. Highly recommend.

Nice dojo, great coach James, we are living in Bay Area and on vacation in Vegas for a week, and my 2 kids have Charles Gracie tournament in 10 days, so we are looking for a place to warm up. This dojo’s mat is beyond perfect. And master james is so amazing, super calm with perfect technics, I am learning a lot from him(I am blue belt). If you have kids and living in Vegas, you have to send your kids here to try!!!!

I trained here for 3 weeks while on vacation from the UK. My only regret is I couldn't stay longer, as I learnt so much and the standard of jiu-jitsu is second to none. Club is very friendly and I felt comfortable very quickly. I definitely plan to come back and train here again.
