Everyone had lots of patience and worked with us - from the manager to the owner! They were also kind enough to give me a birthday hoodie and even dropped us back at our hotel after returning the car. “All rental agencies are conveniently located in one location near the airport. Checking out the car was a pain, but returning was very easy. Free shuttles to and from the airport. My car was not the best. It had many scratches and dings, so I spent some time documenting them with my phone. The car sputtered slightly when taking off, so it made for a couple scary situations in Vegas traffic.”

“Being an Avis Preferred Plus member my review might be biased, but my experience with this location was smooth and pleasant. You need to get on a shuttle bus from the airport to get to this rental center, and if you have the Preferred status you can skip the long line and get to a separate office located on the first floor. I was out in the Mitsubishi Outlander within 5 minutes of arrival. Return was smooth as well. Absolutely no issues, I would use them again.”

“Had an absolute fantastic time with my Slingshot rental from Adrenaline Rush! They spent time orienting me to the vehicle, made suggestions on places to experience. I drove through Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area...soooo amazing! Great hiking trails, views, and of course the drive! I would definitely recommend to bring your car charger for your phone and a way to keep your phone cool! Mine was overheating in the desert heat...well that and the music, navagation, and pictures I was taking! Really a fantastic experience. Will definitely use them again! Thanks, guys! Well done! “I had a reservation at Hertz, made two weeks prior to the date I was planning to pick up the vehicle, but when I arrived they didn't have anything for me. It nearly ruined my vacation, but fortunately I was able to book through Budget on the phone right there from the Hertz office. The phone representative was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to get the best deal. When I arrived to pick up the car it was an extremely smooth and easy process. The person at the counter was knowledgeable and reasonable, and we were on our way very quickly with a lovely car to drive. You completely saved my vacation. I couldn't be more pleased with the services and customer service I recieved. It made me want to plan another trip just so I can have another experience renting with Budget. I'm not exaggerating. “The desk clerk was extremely helpful and nice. Easy check out and made my visit very comfortable for my needs. .....But on the return check in the female desk clerk was still very nice....but the owner is a crook after the initial rental and paying for extra mileage I extended my rental two day in a row which should have added extra mileage supposedly 100 miles a day ...he proceeded in telling me those miles couldn't be combined with the miles already purchased charged me for extra mileage and kept my deposit I will be reporting him to the better business bureau..and I hope that his business partner cynthia has a more practical business method and mind....he doesn't need to work with customers..and your losing business because people do not want to do return business with your company. Borrow better business etiquette and I certainly will tell everyone not to use you thank you for the trip.....”

“I Purchased a Nissan Murano from those guys. It was a bit of a run around for me because I lost my ID card that day, luckily I found it. But they were patient through out the whole ordeal when it might have looks like I as bluffing. So, great customer service. The vehicle was everything it stated that it as. I have had it for 3 months now and zero anosolitely zero problems. The mileage as around 173k, they did an inspection and has smog already. I’m definitely looking to purchase another vehicle from them.”

“I have had to come in multiple times in the past few months and it is truly the best dental clinic I’ve been to. They are not pushy but give the best advice for what needs to be done for your teeth and this is the first time the dentist or the staff reach out and check on you several times after a procedure. The whole staff is very competent in each role they play, but are welcoming enough to encourage the best communication for optimal care. If a problem occurs I feel like I can count on them, and they have come thru each time with a speedy response and are always willing to take an extra minute to check for anything that could be a possible complication.
