“They have always been helpful. Staff knowledgeable. I purchased 2 phones around Christmastime and the girl told me I HAD to have insurance on the phone for at least 6 months. I needed the phones so agreed. After paying for it twice and ready the third time I asked around and nobody had heard that. When I went in to pay my monthly on the phone I asked clerk about that 6month deal (different girl) and she was a bit confused and said no that was incorrect. I cancelled the insurance and that's the end of that. I wasn't in the mode for getting that employee in trouble for giving false info.....the end”

“Roman Guitars is LEGIT AWESOME. Yes, this is a 5 star review. Why? They built me an extremely complex guitar (a fusion of a few Fender guitar types) Leo Fender and Gene Fields planned but never produced. They did so perfectly and I'm an engineer. They did millimeter precision, best neck pocket joint I've ever seen. The price was reasonable for what I asked. They used beautiful wood, gorgeous grain. I wish i could post a picture. Quality equal to or above Fender Custom shop. Scott, Mike and the team were professional and forgiving of me making a few minor changes. All I can say is I had this dream guitar in my head for 23 years, they MADE it and it is a thing of beauty. I highly recommend. I supplied most parts with unorthodox installation requirements, and I don't see any skimping or corners cut. Trust them to build your dream guitar. It takes a few months during the covid-19 crisis but worth the wait. Thank you guys at Roman Guitars custom shop. Best quote was when I apologized for a weird guitar design they said "we LOVE weird!", how cool is that?”

In all of this time I have never met a more professional insurance agency and owner and then Joey Alfonso of the Alfonso farmers agency in Truckee California. I know he is very busy but he makes me feel like I am the only client he has which I know not to be true. He actually took the time to contact my homeowners association and determined that my full coverage insurance needs would be greatly reduced by taking advantage of the insurance that they had on my building. This greatly diminished his own commission but he doesn’t do this for Commissions only Unlike so many other agents. Instead he wants customers for life and that he actually gets from me. When he did such a great job I transferred my entire portfolio of investment properties and personal assets to him and of course he and his team absolutely exceeded expectations. The only real options are spend thousands of dollars or buy another GoPro. I already own too many gopros. I'm hoping that Sony drops their price so I can get a deal on a great camera.
