“Had a visit yesterday and it went smoothly. The Eye doctor was very professional and took their time explaining in detail any concerns I had after expressing worry about genetic eye problems. I was very very pleased. Even before the exam the diagnostic testing that had to be done was quick and I felt the equipment was clean. The exam rooms were nice and clean. After the exam taken over to the other side of office to pick out glasses. My goodness this is where I met Jessica. She was amazing in explaining my benefits to me in a way that I could understand. Gave me more than enough space to take my time and pick out what I needed. I did not feel rushed or like I did not matter as a customer. Definitely will be back! I see Sean every 3 weeks to get some good sports massage therapy: I train weekly 4-5 times and lift pretty heavy, so rest and recovery are crucial, especially with my back issues. They see you after your worst and scary diagnosis and treat you kindly with respect. My appointments are on time and the staff is always in a good mood and ready to help you with what you need. The infusion room staff is wonderful. They are very professional, caring and able to answer your questions. My doctor (Dr. Thummala) takes time and explains everything and answers all my questions. I never feel like I am being rushed out. All in all, this is a great facility.”
