“UPDATED REVIEW Lydia took care of us-- she went over everything regarding our policy, and made sure we understood the different coverages we had vs what was recommended. Very professional and courteous, and easy to work with since we finally got to sit down with her. I'm keeping this at a 4, since I'm waiting for the long term experience as well, and I still stand by my original opinion that it shouldn't have gotten to this point to get some attention. ORIGINAL REVIEW: They're great until they get your business...then I'm pretty sure any messages you leave with the office just gets thrown directly into the shredder. Every time I call, no one is available. Every time I leave a message, no one returns my calls. They snag up the business, and then leave you out to dry-- what is the point of even having local offices if I end up resorting to using the call center anyway? God forbid it's a pressing matter. They'll reach out to you if you owe them money, but forget trying to pay through phone with their office- no one is going to answer. It's not about good customer service in the beginning. It's about good service for the long haul. You want referrals? This is how you're not going to get any.”

“We have only ever worked with Deana ( not sure if that is spelled right ). And we are extremely happy with her and Allstate as a whole. She has continually gotten our rates to lower, and when I was in a small accident with a modified car, Allstate did not make any fuss about my paint being much more expensive than average paint and my rates did not increase because of the crash. Over the years, out of curiousity I have gotten quotes from other insurance companies and Allstate’s rates are literally half of what everyone else wants to charge us. I highly doubt my wife and I will ever be leaving allstate”
