“My mom and I have been coming here since they opened and have never disappointed. Not only is the restaurant always clean but the water is the best water I’ve ever had from a restaurant. If it’s tap water then their filter is made out of gold. We recently tried the new shaken beef and it was not what we expected at all. It exceeded our exceptions 100%. It was not only tasty but the pickled veggies were fresh. You can tell everything that is put out is 100% fresh. Their customer service is amazing as well. Even during a rush they never forget to check up on customers. Don’t have anything bad to say about this place. Would definitely recommend to come here if you haven’t tried it. If there’s ever a wait, just wait, you won’t be disappointed.”

When they say — in any other restaurant’s typically self-promotional fashion — that “you get a lot of food,” Black Bear Diner separates itself from the herd by delivering on their extraordinary promise. And not only is it a lot of food. It is GREAT food. That’s another promise they make, and another promise they deliver on. I had the hobo omelette with a biscuit and fresh-squeezed orange juice. (Coffee, of course.) The 3-egg omelette was packed with meat and definitely made from three eggs from very large chickens. The country potatoes were delicious and perfectly browned. And the biscuit was the size of most of the cushion stool tops you’ll find in many of the casinos here in Vegas. Go. Go. P.S. Parents: for years when our kids were young, my wife used to say, “why don’t restaurants serve butter that is either softened and ready to spread or offer to have the kitchen butter kids’ pancakes so that they’re ready to eat when they get on the table. They could even charge a surcharge and people would pay it.” Black Bear Diner has whipped butter, which for you parents will be a lifesaver when your kids’ pancakes come and they want to eat them hot.”

They take absolutely no s#$% from anyone, are clearly armed, and yet, simultaneously, have a genuine sense of humor and customer service. The pizza and garlic bread are decent, my friend found the wings tasted fine but were very small. He called them "microscopic" so order a larger order if you want to be sustained by the wings.”

“I really like this location. I’ve done pick up orders and dine in. The employees seem to change frequently however there are some good people who have been really kind each time I go. There was a time they had accidentally made the same order twice and offered us a free sandwich. I use my shore points with no issue. The bathroom is clean and they staff well. It’s my go to shop.”

“From the amount of cars that were in the parking lot I thought we’d have to wait forever, but I was pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately. The coffee was hot and the menu has something for everyone. The banana nut muffin is like having dessert for breakfast and the seasoned potatoes were a nice change from hash browns or “home fries”. The murals on the wall are adorable, as is the running train that makes its way around the restaurant on a track that hangs near the ceiling. Lots of atmosphere and great food make this a not to be missed location off the strip so you don’t have to fight traffic.”

“First time at a Culver's. We're in town on a business trip and there is no Culver's in NJ. The staff were so friendly. The Wisconsin cheese curds were so tasty. They have people to wipe down tables the floor can get in need of help as the night wears on. The place is busy as hell for a reason. If only they would have a side other than fries. I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this. But I am not a fan of fries in general and theirs don't do anything to change my mind. I would pay extra for onion rings or cheese sticks.
