I mostly just order a matcha tea latte half the matcha tea powder and with almond milk to keep the sugar low. The service is always been really really good there so I've always enjoyed their service.”

“Went in to get my tongue repierced after 10 years. The exterior of the building looks a little sketchy, LOL. But the piercing room is an absolute fantasy. Whimsical and macabre decor that the piercing artist made herself! I wish I caught her name... but she was amazing and I'm surprised how little it hurt! Plus this was crazy affordable compared to what I paid the first time. Very happy with this whole experience. Great way to end a Monday Haha.”

I was amazed at her patience in dealing with a customer who had a speech impediment. Not once did she become agitated but did her best to understand and communicate with the woman in a kind and gentle manner. I can see why they have made her store manager. She genuinely loves helping people and it shows. Although she wasn’t able to fix my issue (because someone sold me a carrier locked phone) she was kind to me and even gave me a referral. Even tho I left without resolving my issue, I did leave feeling positive and encouraged. That is priceless these days. “My family and I were celebrating my niece's baptism and birthday. At first we wanted to order from Freed's bakery but just for the cake alone, it would have cost around $300. I decided to order from Cake World since I've tried desserts from this place before; and it was all really good! (I've tried their chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, brownies, and buttercream cupcake). The lady up front named Nancy was attentive and very welcoming. We ordered a 10 inch chocolate cake with custard AND chocolate mousse filling, plus 20 buttercream cupcakes. That whole order cost less than $200. Our entire party loved the cake/cupcakes. The cake was moist and the combination of the chocolate mousse and the custard was amazing! I will definitely stick to ordering from Cake World from now on!!! Please support this business! This one turn it around for sure thanks to the gentleman at the cashier. He is AMAZING! General greeting with great smile to most people come through the door or he is talking to a customer in a very efficient manner. Besides takes order and the greeter and the same time, he is also the guy refilled the soda bar, and the one makes all special order to make milkshakes. Yes, this is a busy restaurant. With all that running around and he still carries a very sincere happy smile to everyone I saw him encounter. What a trooper!!
