“I was searching for an apartment for months and Greystone Park accepted me one day after I applied. I moved in the day after that. I was skeptical because I signed the lease without looking at the unit out of desperation due to the current housing market and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I have been living here for about a month as of 05/24/22. Units are clean, new, and well maintained. The maintenance is very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I put a maintenance request in for my AC not working and they were there not even 2 hours later. The unit could not be fixed that day so they set me up with a portable unit. They have kept me well informed with updates on all maintenance requests I've had to put in (my unit was previously a storage unit). Apartment is very spacious and neighbors are all super friendly. Though the area is not the best, I feel safe with my neighbors as everyone watches out for each other. There are homeless people who stay in the area but they don't bother anyone and the office is good about ensuring they do not interfere with the tenants. One of the homeless guys had his stuff sprawled in the road and they had the cops come and the Junk Trucks to clean up the space. Biggest thing living in an area like this: Don't get in other peoples business and they will stay out of yours. The office staff are very sweet and helpful. The property manager is really turning the place around for the better and active in the community. They have 24hr security on the premises. I do not review places often but this has been the best experience I could have asked for given my circumstances. I can see myself living here for years.”

“I have been renting a property from this company for about a year and a half now and I don’t think I can say enough good things from the initial move in to now I have never had a problem every time I need a repair they fix it in a timely manner I had one of my a/c units go out last year it was fixed within a few days the other one went out this week two days fixed I hear so many horrible stories about people going weeks without a/c because their property management can’t get it together I have had an amazing experience with amwest and Liz is amazing”
