In my opinion I think that regional mangers and general managers really need to step it up and big time. Better training/pay and more PPE supplies for the maintenance crew. Those guys are on the front line of some of the worst messes known to man. Cleaning up after a relentless amount of truckers and travelers is a hard job. It's a shame that the front line maintenance workers at most of the truck stops across America are under trained ,under paid,and left to clean up hazardous messes in the bathrooms/showers and unfortunately the parking lot with piss jugs sometimes spewing from the top when they are cleaned up. That's it, and on the other side to the maintenance crews that just suck at cleaning showers should be warned to get better or be fired. Sometimes they don't even wipe down the toilets in the paid showers in between customers.”
