“I did not enjoy my experience. Never book in the summer time. They don't have an A/C, and the fans they provided weren't strong enough to cool the unit. They didn't help us when my dad misunderstood the map, and accidentally got the unit with three flights of stairs. My mother can't walk well and had problems with the stairs. We tried to get the street level unit with the smaller staircase but they wouldn't help us. I do like this place, but maybe not in the summer.”
