“So I put in an online order for pickup and then went to the store and no one was home, came by twice that day, lights on but no one was there...even though it was supposed to be open, odd. It had charged my account & I was planning on coming by to pickup the order the following day to pickup instead if doing a charge back. I was told at first that orders disappear at the end of the night and presumably the money is returned - but it wasn't in my account 2 days later. I talked to Jon, presumably the manager, he was running the show & he took a look at the online order on my phone & had it filled for me. I really appreciate the customer service!!
