“What a great experience with renting 2 rv's here Everything was prepped and ready to go upon arrival Interactions especially during covid were considered and the vehicles were cleaned and sanitized to all of my expectations With travel being so challenging these days this was such a great option for my friends and I to get to go somewhere together and be out of the public. We had such a great time and all essentials were provided so all we had to do was think about consumable supplies and not the rest Upon returning we just did a quick cleaning of the inside and did not have to be concerned for cleaning the outside of the vehicle, especially coming from the dust of black rock desert. “There was no pressure at all. My wife and I walked onto the lot and was greeted by a salesman. He asked what we were looking for and I told him. We walked out to the trucks and he proceeded on opening one up and answered all my questions. We took it for a test drive around the block and came back to the dealership where we were turned over to James where he then went over more features. We made a deal, and the paper work began. I drove the truck home and came back the next day to go through the truck with Chuck. He went over the entire truck with me, answering every question I had. When I left, I felt very confident I could operate my new truck very comfortably. The whole experience was very professionally handled by knowledgeable salesmen who were very friendly and did not pressure us in any way for a sale. “My father-in-law is moving into Revel Rancharrah soon and we couldn’t be more excited! During a recent tour of the property we met several current residents who seem to be genuinely thrilled with the property. The apartments are beautiful and well designed. There is a theater where residents can gather to watch football, movies or just relax during quiet moments. There is a salon/barber and a well equipped workout facility, amongst the many amenities. I also met a few staff members while I was there. They were very helpful and kind. I know my FIL is going to love living at Revel Rancharrah! We have had past experiences with senior living facilities, and while they were nice, I have to say that Revel Rancharrah promises to be on a level well above any other SL Communities I’ve seen before! We are so happy to see this level of senior living come to Reno!”
