(March 23, 2023, 2:35 pm)This place has a little bit of everything. Machines, cables, free weights, bench squat and deadlift, some punching bags and a astroturf room for agility. They even have a tire flipping machine. The cost is really good too - $20-25 per month if you want to bring a guest and 24/7 access. It was just what I was looking for and it's in a good location near a lot of businesses and traffic so it feels safe even at night.
My goal is to stay healthy and strong. I've had an ACL reconstruction and I used to do a lot of powerlifting. Now I use a lot of the machines (adduction, abduction, leg press, hack squat) in order to keep my knee healthy because I can't squat the way I used to. I find that this gym is focused on providing a little bit of everything which helps keep my workouts interesting as I can use a lot of different pieces of equipment, yet its not so overwhelming that I feel lost or out of place.
For my needs, it's a definite 5 stars! -
