I just got my system serviced and it was by far the best experience I have had with a septic/plumbing company. They were very knowledgeable and went the extra distance, helping me with issues beyond the normal tank pumping/service. I also think their prices were more than reasonable.
They were the only knowledgeable business we called. They were recommended and were friendly, informative and just what we needed. Some of these services can be hard to find for the north valleys, these are the ones to call for septic trouble.
Russell and Lucas were very professional and polite. It was 104 degrees out and they did the job with great attitude. I have recommended to my neighbors and will do business with them again
We called with a septic emergency. Scott was on site in just a couple of hours. He ran his camera down our pipe, diagnosed the issue (broken pipe) and marked the spot to dig EXACTLY with both paint and a flag. He even knew how deep it we needed to dig. FAST, FRIENDLY SERVICE -- HONEST, REASONABLE PRICING. (Unlike the big guys who said they'd respond to our emergency in (2) weeks.)
