This was after calling our maintenance agreement with another company who informed us they could not come out for maybe two weeks to repair our furnace, WTH. Silver State came out the next day, fixed furnace and came back the following day to continue to fix the furnace until it worked properly. I am setting up furnace maintenance agreement with them... exceptional wonderful guys! so grateful.”

Was given options for what service I wanted and they did several top offs of other fluids and wiped down parts of the engine that they didn't get dirty. Filled tires. 100 will be back again!”

Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. “Updated 5/30/22 - This location is so beautiful! I love the Saturday morning barre and yoga classes. Watching the sun rise while doing yoga? Count me in! Also the Tuesday Lift classes are among my favorites! The coaches do an excellent job of pushing you out of your comfort zone and getting you to do things you didn't know were possible. Kaia FIT is an amazing women's group fitness gym. They have a wide variety classes and all of the coaches are amazing. They provide excellent demos and modifications and let you choose your hard! The Sparks location is just wonderful. It's massive, has tons of windows letting in natural light but is in a business park where you don't feel watched while working out. Parking is fantastic and if it wasn't so far from my house, I would visit this location often!”

“I went to the Sparks Nevada regional FedEx center for individual customer service on a product that had been mis addressed by the shipper. The facility is huge! I was overwhelmed. The signs indicated to call the phone number with your tracking number and they would deliver the package to you in the parking lot. I was suspicious of this after leaving the voice message. So I investigated by going in the door for employees and asking them about waiting as a legitimate strategy to receive my package. I was very pleasantly surprised that both the individual managing the entry and the security guards very personal and responsive customer service to me. The security gate individual called the quality assurance person to arrange tracking my package The security guard indicated the QA fellow was awaiting my phone call. I called and he said give him a few minutes and he'll find my package. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the security guard came out and asked if I had heard back that he should have already addressed my package. Once again, a pleasant surprise at his awareness of my requests. A few minutes later I did receive a call from the individual searching for my package. Which frankly, I couldn't believe they'd be able to find in a facility that large. It turned out my patience was just a bit lacking because they had turned it over to a different FedEx delivery service and it will show up tomorrow at the local FedEx retail location here in Carson City . I was pleasantly surprised at each interaction with three different employees collaborating to provide excellent customer service. Great work FedEx!”
