Dave and Sara helped me out. They quickly rectified three issue. They returned the TV and the additional three year warranty. Once that was done they sold it back to me, now with a five year warranty and $221 back to my card. No hassles, no problems. Even though I live in South Reno, I'll make the drive up to this store.
