“Love Reno Airport! Not too big, it is easy to get around and get to your gate quickly. TSA is typically pretty fast. Parking is usually fine. Only once did we have to use an outside lot and take a shuttle bus. Only down side is they have slot machines where there could be seating but that's Nevada for you.”

“Washoe Lake State Park is a great place to visit in North Nevada. Best to visit in Spring when the water level is high, the landscape is green and vibrant, and wildflowers are blooming. There are a few flat trails and one which climbs a part of the hillside and overlooks Washoe Lake and offers great views of the valley and park below. Perfect place for a day trip or to camp with friends and family.”

“Perfect area for some easy hiking, snowshoeing, or sledding. Follow the Tahoe Rim Trail Southeast from here into the woods for the Chickadee Ridge hike. It's only about 2 miles total round trip, puts you on a ridge with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe, and might notice a few people feeding Chickadees with birdseed in their hands.”

This little church in the Valley stayed true to it's origin and brought the gospel into each home at 11:00 each Sunday during the pandemic These brave hearts were brought together by the love of music and the joy of God to spread His word of and comfort souls in this crisis. But as a result of the virus, the little Washoe church is sadly no more. No music to brighten the day, no words to to deliver the truth. There wasn't a dry eye that morning to ease the pain when the doors closed for the last time. It's a shame that many such churches in this country is suffering the same date as the church in the Valley. May The Lord put a blessing on it now.”
