Everytime I had a question the receptionists/assistants took the time to carefully explain and even took the time to call my insurance for me to ask a question so I wouldn't have to. Somehow the main control board for my roaster got damaged and one of the fans was running constantly, they helped me troubleshoot the issue and were able to find a used functional board in their shop so that I didn't have to pay full price for a package that I don't necessarily need.
