“Let me start of my saying how wonderful working with Simple Power Solar was. Our array was commissioned and turned on today and we have been exceedingly happy with every step of the process. The initial contact was quick and easy. We had a rep on site very quickly after our initial phone conversation . He was clear, knowledgeable and well informed about the regulatory requirements and limitations. He site review and resulting proposal was very detailed in both technical and financial respects. Once we'd agreed to move forward we got on their installation schedule. Their backlog meant it took longer to get started than I'd originally hoped but was not unreasonable and matched the expectations set in our original discussions. The installation went flawlessly. We have a concrete tile roof and this can be a problem. They used a fairly new installation method that is billed as both quicker to install, less likely to leak and less risk of damaging the roof. The crew (both Simple Power employees and a special rep from the manufacturer for the roof system) were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous the entire process. They were done on schedule with NO problems at all. The commissioning process (inspections, etc) went very smoothly with Simple Power handling the vast majority of the work. VERY PLEASED.”

They must have new managers our new staff or both the last few times I've gotten from them they have gotten every single item right even the extras or removing of things from items. The building and property is well maintained, I loved the fact that you could see what they are growing, I thought that was pretty neat. Their prices are good and their customer service was spot on! “Had the most wonderful experience. We came here after seeing the line for Toucan Charlie’s. We decided to splurge and it was totally worth it. From the hot sanitizing hand towels, to the attentive but not overwhelming service and even some chocolates while we signed the check. Our server, Alain was so sweet and we could feel he genuinely wanted us to enjoy ourselves. His assistant Zaria and the girl she was training, Kim, did a wonderful job at making sure all our needs were met. The food was really great- we got Lobster max and cheese, bacon scallops, and the cheese board. For entrees we got sea bass, lobster and the ribeye steak. All cooked wonderfully.”

“I contacted Nevada Heating last week to help me with an issue I had with my furnace. They sent a person to help me understand my need. After reviewing the old furnace, he gave me different options as far as the replacement and cost. Today Jack Powell and Justin arrived to work on the project. They were super-efficient staying on task. They completed the work in the estimated time. Jack covered the details of the new unit and he also showed me the overall installation. So far so good…Great job guys, keep up the good work.”

“Partner got the vermicelli bowl and I got crispy orange peel beef. We also got Chinese egg rolls and salt and pepper calamari. (Eat the calamari withe the cabbage salad that it comes with!) The dishes were very good. Portions were small but I understand…inflation’s hitting us all. Service was prompt and lovely folks working there.”
