“Previously had my 10 yr old CRV in for an AC repair. I had suspected it was a relay problem but needed it to be corrected as it was summer and needed for a trip to Canada in the next couple of days . Took an over night stay to verify problem and it was indeed a relay problem vs a clutch problem. Well diagnosed and corrected. Recently, a winter tire mounting and alignment resulted in a solution to the heavy steering effort that I had since a previous alignment at a different shop that annoyed me for several years. Balancing was also perfect based on road test. Norm is good at what he does and I forward the recommendation that I received about his shop and the quality of his service.”

I get back an find out the part was revised by Chevy so they gave me the right one.
