“They got me in quick and gave me a veterans discount. The mechanic even gave both my little girls a toy car in which they loved. I thought I had an oil leak a few weeks later but it was residual on my skid plate and I know the oil filter is in a hard spot. They brought me right in and cleaned it up and checked for tight filter and plug. Great service and friendly!”

“This is my 2nd time going to Pep Boys for an oil change and this time around they went above and beyond. I didn’t have time to go, but my wife went. Later that evening when I was driving my car I noticed the fluttering that I experience when I press the gas was GONE. I learned how to change my car’s oil during the pandemic and I’m convinced - hate to admit it - that I caused my car to flutter like that because prior to the pandemic my car didn’t do that until I started doing work on my own. Another plus, I had an anti-theft lug nut stuck in the special socket from a prior accident and they removed it for me without me asking. Thank you to Sid and the team at Pep Boys. “A nail had punctured my tire and I went over to the auto shop I have been using for 6 years. They would not take my truck in for 2 weeks! I was flabbergasted by this, so I went to Gurneys for my first visit ever. I was expecting 1-2 days as I know most places are busy. I dropped the truck off and got a ride back home (super convenient to have the shuttle available). 2 hours later they called and told me it was done… also they saw my registration sitting on the center console and asked if I wanted them to complete it while in the bay!? Heck yes! A business that actually pays attention and goes the extra mile, LOVE IT. Just brought our Camry into them and they went the extra mile again with that. I try to run my business like this and know how hard it can be. Kudos to Gurneys and their staff. Thank you.”
