“This place is amazing. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and honestly seem to care if you have a good experience. The massages are great and they have a variety of massage therapists with a wide range of skills to fit people's preferences (including great prenatal!) I've only had one massage I wasn't happy with in the few years I've been going to this particular location and about 8 years total with the Elements chain. I let them know at the front desk when she asked me how my massage went and she immediately apologized and comped me another massage, made a recommendation for a new one and booked me for the next day. Turned out he is an excellent massage therapist and my new go to. The atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, and relaxing. The beds are heated (always my personal favorite). They have an online booking tool that works well and allows you to see your upcoming appointments as well. I have the monthly membership (which I highly recommend). They roll over if you miss a month and you can share your membership with someone else as well.”
