“Clean rooms that are renovated. Property is well cared for as well. Most staff are friendly. Maids do a decent job as well. Front desk staff younger girl was nice but the guy was not as friendly. When you walk in after a long drive guests really want a warm welcome and an inviting smile. The male working the front desk at 330pm on September 2, 2022 was not that. He was pure business with a cold edge. We shook that off and had a good time in NH despite the less than desirable welcome. Bob the maintenance man was top notch. He even offered to help carry our belongings! Great conversation as well with him. We really enjoyed his company he is an asset to RRI. The mattress was super comfortable but the pillows were not. They need new pillows. The grounds were well maintained and everyone picked up after their dogs. RRI provides feces bags for your dogs too and made it easy for guests. We will definitely be returning despite the front desk experience.”

“These people are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This was my first time living and I mean living in a camper. I came in car full to my trailer at 8:30pm it was very dark out. I had no electric basically I had nothing turned on and I knew nothing about what to do. A little girl from the sight beside me came over and said do you need help? I said I guess so, she went and got security and they took over making sure I was all set. From that moment on I felt very welcome and very safe. A absolutely wonderful place to go. I just wish they were year round.”

“It's homey and casually comfortable. 1/2 block off the beach. It's like staying at your family's house. Not everything is perfect, but it's perfect for a short stay and a quick getaway. Although, there are larger rooms and an unattached cottage that could allow for a longer very comfortable stay. The couple who own and manage it are gracious and accommodating. The off-street patio in back is great for fresh air and working remotely. Excellent Wi-Fi. We would stay here in the future.”

“I called the owner and he was extremely nice and I felt completely Safe staying at this Motel, they are new owner's are doing everything possible to ensure your stay here will be a Safe, Happy and comfortable visit. Forget about the past posts you've read, I'm a single woman if your single or have a family please belve you'll be very happy here, right beside the Police Department that's a big comfort!! The Casino Ball Room is across the street, you can walk to and back with no problems. The Beach and Board walk is a very short walk away, just park and Enjoy Hampton Beach. I lived here for a month and If I could stay here for the entire Summer I would. Come to the West Port the old Manager has been gone, In fact I've never seen nor met him. So come see for yourself and you'll definitely want to come back. And yes AC ,frig,microwave, new bed's this will be the Best Motel on the BEACH when they complete all the plan's as a family owned business that they are working on daily !!!!! The shower pressure here is Fabulous LADY'S. Your Children will not want to leve !!!”

Clean and quiet Close to the beach, all the restaurants or playgrounds Nice and clean pool Staff was friendly and very helpful We stayed for a week and I can’t complain about anything. I believe that the owner still has cottages for rent. If you go on line you can call the number and speak to the owner about the units they still have.”

“We were not crazy about spending that much money for two nights, but once we got settled we knew we made the right decision. Room was clean...very clean. It is a dated hotel and a little run down, but the accommodations were exactly what we needed. I thought it was rather charming to keep the character of the hotel as it may have appeared years ago. We LOVED the balcony overlooking the entire Seafood Festival and the waves that the remnants of Hurricane Dorian produced were amazing to watch. The young man at the Front Desk was extremely accommodating. This hotel did not have an ice machine and he gave us some from his own. The location is right in the middle of the main boulevard with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Free Parking just around the corner in their own private lot.”

“Absolutely loved this hotel! Attended a work party here, loved it so much came back the following weekend. Was storming both weekends but still loved it! The beds are comfy and warm. The beach view rooms are awesome, wasn't able to reserve a beachfront room though, sadly. The staff that was at the party was attending to breakfast in the diner the next day and they were friendly and kind, made me feel like I was at home, not in a hotel. The staff treated us like family. Definitely will be revisiting, just hope they have a beachfront room this time ????”
