“We absolutely love this place. It's family run. The room rates are certainly reasonable. The rooms are clean, comfortable quiet and roomy. They have 3 pools! The kids love it here and were never bored. They have a playground and picnic areas with grills. This is the second time we stayed here and it was just as wonderful as the first! The staff was great. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They serve a nice breakfast. There's plenty of parking. There's a store and restaurant across the street. We can't wait to go back!”

“My boyfriend and I stayed over night spontaneously on Saturday 10/12. This was the only place that had an opening. We had room 110 with a king sized bed. It was cozy. Bed was comfortable, bathroom a bit claustrophobic, but otherwise it was great. One of the chairs at the table were wobbly. It was a great location and within walking distance of everything. We would definitely consider staying again!”

“As much as I want to complain about the lack of amenities I just can't. The location is what you're paying for. A mini fridge was the only amenity. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, no private balcony, no in room safe and parking is 100 yards down the street. But the location is perfect for access to Hampton Beach. I actually saw a whale breaching from my balcony on our last day there.”

“Lovely experience. Booked online for 2 double beds. Got to the confirmation page and it only said 2 double bed. I was able to call and confirm it was for 2 double beds. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Ac and heat worked great. New appliances that were clean and working great. The hot water worked amazing! You know the peak shower times leave most places with limited water but not here! The water never got cold. Hope to return again soon! Walls are thin but it's the beach and people drink and walk heavy so if you are looking for a quiet place this isn't it. But it was perfect for us.”

“DW's Oceanside Inn is one of the most comfortable places you could stay at. The rooms are all unique, clean and inviting. The two owners are always available to help with anything, whether it be a restaurant suggestion or directions. The breakfasts are perfectly prepared and delicious. The location is at the quieter end of Hampton Beach but only minutes from the Casino and all the action. We have stayed there 3 tmes and will continue to do so whenever we visit Hampton Beach.”

“This park is extremely well run and maintained. Good fences make for good neighbors and the rules they have in place are to protect all residents lifestyles. I saw some poor reviews and none of them had anything to do with the park and everything to do with them not liking the rules. We own another house in Sarasota, Fl in a similar park and Emerson Village is far and away better on every front.”
