“First Rate 1 Construction definitely lived up to their name. I called for an estimate and they arrived promptly and punctually the next day. Tony was responsive to my inquiries and was friendly and quickly assuaged my concerns about the job. He treated us like family and as if we were old friends. The estimate was fair and accurate as he had correctly assessed the work of replacing the existing roof, plywood ,fascia, and gutters as well providing an exact estimate that was the same at the end of the job as the beginning. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Jimmy and Renee were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and skillful and were responsive to my questions and concerns. Tony headed a large and experienced crew that worked quickly and carefully. I was amazed at how fast the job was completed as well as the quality and value for the price. They are definitely people that care more about satisfying customers and doing great work than just getting paid. I would most definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family. I am so happy about the job they did knowing I no longer have to worry about my roof.”

“The welcoming staff was awesome. The room was as expected. The ice machine was either not working on our floor or I didn't know how to use it right 😅 small stuff that normally wouldn't bother most people, but the TV flickered on dark screen videos that I like to play when sleeping. Parking was easy upon arrival, but had to move to 3rd floor after settling in. Signs didn't really inform of this and neither did any prior emails - not a huge deal. I am still looking for the river in the photo lol. Overall though, I love the place and the service.”

“When I moved to my new condominium I wanted to find a chandelier with some character, something unique, not the same type of crystal chandelier that I saw in all the lighting stores here in the States. So I went online and found this site and I purchased a beautiful orange and clear glass chandelier and hung it in my loft style, exposed ductwork condominium. It is a beautiful piece, a contrast to the ultramodern look of the rest of the furniture, and it draws a compliment from everyone who sees it. The workmanship is excellent, as well done as anything I've seen in my travels to Italy. The chandelier arrived in pieces that were easy to assemble and my electrician hung it with no difficulty.”

“Sergi and his sub-contractors did a great job with our renovations. High quality work. Sergi is honest. He cares about the job getting done right. He's also willing to do anything, big or small, to make sure the job is done well and that his client is happy. The only con was imperfect communication, which made certain logistics slightly harder. We originally budgeted ~$40k for the renovations but ended up spending ~$73k because we expanded the scope of the project while work was being done. The flexibility to make adjustments based on our changing requirements was much appreciated. Overall we were very happy with Romanoff Growth, and we couldn't be happier with the results.”
