“I called this establishment and I was able to sell 2 cars that were no longer any good. The owner gave me a price over the phone and the money was given to me, along with a receipt, when my cars got picked up. The pick up was free and everything happened relatively fast which was a plus for me. The owner called me throughout the day to inform me when the tow company would arrive and even called me afterwards to ensure that everything went smoothly. “I had my 1996 4Runner repaired here in late 2014. Just wanted to say that Jim Locascio was a great guy to work with, especially compared to the idiot insurance adjuster. I found it pretty abnormal as most body shop guys want me to F off while they mess around. My truck had a mud flap that was damaged in the accident, but unable to be purchased from Toyota in our region because it was discontinued. I sourced the last available one in the country and was able to work with Jim on getting it sorted with my repair.”
