“I've been going to Martens for more than 10 years and there is no one else I would trust with my car. Simply put: They get the job done, and they get it done right. They're an independent shop, not a factory churning out below-standard repairs (more on that below). Frank takes the time to explain everything that will be done and the parts they'll be getting. He's honest, fair and has integrity, something all too often lost in this industry. Martens just fixed my car trunk and I felt compelled to write because the trunk was not fixed correctly by another, not to be named, cookie cutter shop after an accident. I only went to the other shop because my insurance company said it was the shop they use and I mistakenly believed I had to go there. Turns out it's your legal right in NJ to say where you want your car to be fixed. I learned my lesson the hard way. Don't be fooled like I was. From now on I know to demand Martens and not anyone else. They are the absolute best!”
