“The amount of support and care I've received from the Staples employee, Stephen, made my experience worthwhile. It was 8:20pm and the Staples closed at 9pm. I frantically called them up and hoped their printing services would still be open, as I desperately needed some papers printed for an in-person meeting and I never utilized Staples for their printing services. I didn't know what I needed to print out these papers, so Stephen on the phone instructed me. Luckily, they were open and I rushed over there as fast as I could. I get there at 8:40pm and Stephen was extremely kind, patient, and helpful during this process. I was a bit nervous about printing out these papers, but his experience and knowledge of the tools really shined through. He walked me through step by step of what to do. When I first printed out a test page, I didn't like how the page looked and Stephen actually helped me FIX the file to ensure I was fitting the 11x17 page properly. I was in awe by his kindness.
