“Had a very scary experience of ball joint going in the middle of an intersection in Queens. It was after an almost all night work assignment. Thankfully Vatch said he’d be able to take a look at the car when I was able to get it towed in. He was straight with me that it may or may not be ready by the end of the day, depending if it needed some additional work to the obvious problem at hand. I was happy just to get the car in there on a Friday afternoon as my work depends on it. I so appreciate that they could squeeze me in. And because it didn’t need an extra part, the car was ready to go by 5pm. Grateful that I didn’t have to miss the job I had booked for Monday. J&Z is the best.
