From my first call to American to my moving day I was completely satisfied. Melissa was wonderful, she eased my concern about hidden costs and the price was reasonable. I had to change my move date and they worked with me without an issue. On my move date, the movers arrived on time. They were super professional and pleasant. I offered them food ( donuts) and something to drink but they politely declined and said they wanted to stay on schedule. They were very careful with my furniture and my walls in my house. They were patient with furniture placement and overall just a pleasure. I wound recommend American a million times and will use them if I ever moved again.
